Biography:

After having obtained international success with their distinctive talent and beautiful melodies, CAMILA returns with a Special Edition (CD+DVD) of their acclaimed debut album TODO CAMBIO.

This special edition is will be released on August 14th. It includes their complete CD, plus an exclusive track “Solo Para Ti”, as well as the acoustic demos of “Abrazame”, “Coleccionista De Canciones” and “U Got My Love”. The special edition also comes with a DVD that features the videos “Abrazame”, “Coleccionista de Canciones”, “Todo Cambio”, and “Solo Para Ti”; a 30 minute video capturing the story of CAMILA’s beginnings with exclusive interviews, behind the scenes and a photo gallery.

With the release of their debut album, TODO CAMBIO in 2006, group members Mario Domm, Samo and Pablo, have progressively transformed into one of the most popular groups today. They are currently at the top of the Billboard charts in both radio airplay and sales.

Currently, TODO CAMBIO is at # 1, for its second consecutive week, on the Latin Pop Album Sales charts and # 5 on the Latin Album charts in Billboard Magazine. CAMILA continues to show great success, having received a Gold Album in the United States and a double platinum album in Mexico. Currently, they have sold over 200,000 copies in Mexico and more than 100,000 copies in the United States, not including regional sales.

Tracks such as “Abrazame”, “Todo Cambio” and “Coleccionista de Canciones” (theme song for the soap opera, “Las Dos Caras de Ana” aired on the network station, Univision) have been favored among the public as much in the United States as in Mexico and Latin America.

In addition, they have launched an intense promotional tour in the Unites States, Mexico and Latin America. CAMILA has been given well deserved nominations by important award shows including the Latin Billboard Awards, in the category of “Latin Pop Airplay – Song of the Year”, Premios Lo Nuestro for “Soloist - Group of the Year” and recently in four categories for the Premios Orgullosamente Latino 2007.

Each member possesses an individual story and personality that has successfully fused them together to give their music an edgier resonance, filled with genuine musical passion.

Mario Domm is a renowned producer and writer, whose success has been witnesses through various songs such as “No me Quiero Enamorar”, “Tocando Fondo”, “Llorar duele mas” and ”Tu tienes un lugar”; songs that make up part of the album, AeroSoul from Kalimba. With Reyli, he produced the successful track from the movie Ladies Night, “Desde que Llegaste”, in addition, produced the entire album titled “Reyli en la Luna”. In June 2005, Domm co-wrote the songs, “Necesito Amarme” and “Quiero estar contigo” for the new production of rock-singer Alejandra Guzman. He produced the tracks, “Sera” and “Si tu no estas aqui” for the duet, Sin Bandera’s, new album.

Mario was born in Torreon, Coahuila. At the age of 17 he entered into the National School of Music in D.F., where he learned vocal techniques, piano, harmony and counterpoint. He first signed with Sony Music and produced his debut solo album, titled, Mexi-Funky-Music, releasing singles such as “Disco Amor”, “Si te Vas” and “Quiero”.

Mario has two accomplices, two young talents that also possess the musical gift: Pablo and Samo. Mario contributes to the group his skills in piano and vocals, as well as, the producer of this album. In 2007, he received two ASCAP awards for “Abrazame” and “Volverte A Amar”, songs composed by him and performed by Alejandra Guzman.

SAMO, was born in the port of Veracruz and was a 1995 participant in the famous, Festival Valores Juveniles. He has worked with various artists like Yuri, Alan, Maria del Sol, Crisitan Castro, Eugenia Leon and recently with Reyli. Today, he joined the group to give his musical talent its own voice.

PABLO, was born in Mexico City and started his career at the age of five. He graduated in Musical Production and Audio Engineering from the Fermatta Music Academy. Pablo contributes to this project his talented guitar skills.
