This album is a compendium of their hits, gone acoustic. Listening to this album gives me some bitter pangs. Layne Staley died of heroin, much like his friend, Andrew Wood ('Would?') of Mother Love Bone.

Jerry Cantrell, in particular, is a masterful musician. It's wond'rous to hear a band that made its sound as heavy, playing things 'unplugged.'
