I wasn't sure if Mr. Manilow was going to do what I personally was hoping he'd do, and I wasn't let down; re-doing his own material. I was very pleased to hear his take on my favorites from the 70's but to re-do his own material acoustic style to give them a new sound was surprisingly amazing!!! I was and am still compeletely thrilled with this set!! I actually have not been able to stop listening to it since its arrival. I listen to it at least 2-3 times a day!!! I ordered the deluxe edition because I wanted as many of Barry's own songs done acoustic style as possible and in my own honest opinion, it was money damn well spent!!!!
