In my review of "Living Room Tour", I stated that Carole's voice isn't what it once was. I wasn't wrong, about that recording, but, happily, this album shows that maybe she was just having a bad day on the other effort. {It does have good points for incurable fans, like me}

Here is an absolutely wonderful record. Carole's songwriting is, of course, as good as ever. And, surprise, so is her voice. The whole album is a joy to listen to. New songs done the old, FABULOUS, way.

If you're new to Carole, start with "Tapestry"; that's basic. Everyone with ears needs to have "Tapestry". For a second purchase, try this. You'll love it. Promise.
