The special edition includes all the songs from the original Scars Remain plus "Things Left Unsaid" and 4 acoustic versions of songs on the album. Overall the album is excellent.

One of the reasons I enjoy this band is the emotion that the songs are performed with. The frustration, hurt, confusion, and regret involved with seeing a loved one on life support can really be felt in "Things Left Unsaid".
