After a few good plays this "Seeing Things" by Jakob Dylan became one of my 'desert island' albums. This album marries his strong folksy voice, his inventive music arrangements, and his highly poetic original lyrics. The result has a lot of beauty. I've been a fan of some of the wallflowers work, but this breaks through to a totally different level. It just gets better and better with each listening and my favorite song changes over time. Easy-going, melodic, and yet soulful tough and individual. Similar to Bob's work, different of course, and just as good in its own way.
