I've been a Jimmy Cliff fan for a while, a fan of The Harder They Come, his classic hits and even some of his 80's releases on Columbia. I stumbled across this box set on Amazon and thought that it would be interesting to hear some of his earlier works (and for me some new Cliff music). After listening to only 2 of the 4 CD's, I've got my monies worth. These are mostly unreleased albums with songs that showed up later either in the form found hear or in different recordings. The great thing is that many of the songs that you've never heard before are actually really great. You find Jimmy singing Reggae, Blues, and R&B on different cuts. Cool find if you are a fan!!!
