Led by Lemmy, Motorhead has been a relative model of consistency despite numerous personnel changes, holding itself out as a heavy metal power trio that delights the kids with its loud n' fast headbanger grind. That being said "No Sleep 'Til Hammersmith" is the group's first live album, showcasing what many consider to be the group's initial classic line up.

The live album touches upon all the high points of the group's first 4 albums, and is recorded excellently. Motorhead has to be considered the first group where punk and metal shake hands, and this album shows how that alliance was first made. Definitely worth picking if you have any interest at all in hard rock.
