Reviews

This is Paddy Casey's third release on Victor/Sony BMG Entertainment, however it's the first album of his I've heard. He definitely is a solo artist who collaborates with many different musicians. His musician credit list for each song in the booklet was almost as long as his lyrics list, with listings of different drummers, violinists, trumpet players, pianist, organ players, bassists, flutists, even hand claps (I could go on but you get the idea). All sorts of contributing musicians and artists with a wide variety of instruments for each song.

The album starts with "Sound Barrier", which is a mellow adult alternative/pop style of rock. You know the perfect song structure with a catchy repetitive chorus. The songs definitely change from song to song, but I like "Fear", "City", and "Not Out To Get You" the best.
