Anyone who can't appreciate the clear depths in Maynard's work has no business in claiming to know the artist. You have to be open to new things to appreciate great performers like Maynard. I have been a fan for a long time and can't wait to hear the follow up to this and all of his other endeavors. Keeping it evolving is important to anyone who has the capacity to listen for new opportunities and lessons in life. Very philosophical here but I hate to see initial reviews that are way off base.

this is a spectacular example of what maynard is capable of doing. a unique sound and lyrics. it is different from what most of us are used to him doing but it is so worth it. the band defently put a lot of thought and talent into this album and hopefully we will see much more of what puscifer has to offer.
