In Time: The Best of R.E.M. 1988-2003 being REM's second official compilation album and was received well by the critics. Allmusic and Rolling Stone both gave it 4 stars and I agree with them. Here we get great tracks such as "Man on the moon", "Orange Crush" and "What's the frequency Kenneth?" and so many more. The booklet has great liner notes written by Peter Buck and a ton of photographs taken during the years 1988-2003. 4/5.
