International Phenomenon Susan Boyle To Perform Live In Toronto
The singing sensation who captured the attention and hearts of the world with her incredible voice will be sharing her gift with Canada. Susan Boyle of Britain's Got Talent fame will be appearing in Toronto on November 26, 2009 for a rare performance at First Canadian Place in Toronto. In her only Canadian appearance of 2009, Susan will be singing selections from her debut album 'I Dreamed a Dream' at the Waterfall Stage at 12:15pm followed by an autograph signing of her CD. The event is presented by HMV and 98.1 CHFI.

The single was recorded this past October and mixed by Vic Florencia; it is a contemporary take on the classic Christmas carol, "Do You Hear What I Hear?". The single will be available digitally November 10, 2009. The net proceeds from its sales, until March 31, 2010, will go to War Child Canada.

A brand new website has been launched revealing the first round of cities for the 2010 tour of Lilith Fair! This website offers a new-look at Lilith a decade later, as well as the first set of cities that the festival is scheduled to hit, including New York, Vancouver, Toronto, London and more!

Il Divo is set to release 'An Evening With Il Divo - Live In Barcelona' on Tuesday, December 1, 2009. This 10-track CD with accompanying DVD includes repertoire from their largest capacity show in Europe and took place in Palau Sant Jodi, on April 3, 2009.
Following Il Divo's largest tour to date, which spanned over 81 cities and 32 countries, the CD promises sublime songs from their five studio albums and features tracks from their latest album 'The Promise.' The LP debuted at number No.1 in nine countries and sold over 3 million copies worldwide in just over two months, including 200,000 in Canada.
The DVD covers the best of their Barcelona show in both Spanish and English and features insightful behind-the-scenes commentary along with a "making of the tour" interview with Il Divo. Staged by creative director William Baker, best known for his work on the Kylie Minogue tour, the DVD offers fans to experience the breathtaking show, from the comfort of their couches.
The tour kicked off in Manchester, U.K. and traveled through Europe, South America, Australia, Asia, and then back to North America. This tour also included cross-Canada shows with the same spectacular set up.
Il Divo will finish the year playing a series of intimate shows 'Celebrate Christmas With Il Divo', which makes its Canadian stop in Toronto on December 11 at Roy Thomson Hall. This show will be the first time Il Divo have performed Christmas repertoire for a concert audience.

Leonard Cohen Live At The Isle Of Wight 1970, Available Now

Seven-time Grammy Award winning musician, John Mayer, will perform at The Sound Academy in Toronto on Tuesday, November 24, 2009 to celebrate the release of 'Battle Studies', his first studio album in three years! 'Battle Studies', scheduled to be released on November 17, 2009 will be John Mayer's fourth studio album. The first single, "Who Says" is the first of numerous tracks off this relaxed and liberated album that was recorded in a private home in California where John Mayer lived and worked. "Who Says" is one of the many songs that challenges society's conventional norms of what people can accomplish and over take. Other tracks include, "Heartbreak Warfare," "Assassin," "War of My Life," "Rock Song," and a reinterpretation of "Crossroads."
The John Mayer Trio (John Mayer, Steve Jordan, and Pino Palladino), will be playing two rare shows. First, on December 29 in San Diego, California at the Copley Symphony Hall, and the second on New Years Eve, December 31, at The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. The proceeds from both shows will go towards two children charities - Military Outreach Ministry Camp Pendleton and NCIRE Veterans Health Research Institute.
