this song is soo sad. the first time i heard it i felt like i was going to cry. (i think i actually did) but anyway, i like to listen to this song when im going through a hard time because it gives me a better understanding of how Avril must have felt when she sang it. But overall, this is probably one of her best songs yet! luv it!
