The first time I heard this song my husband was in Iraq. I was pregnant at the time with our second Daughter. Our oldest daughter Addison was 4. I remember driving down the highway with Addison going to my parents house. I had woken up in the morning very tired and depressed as usual because my Husband was in the middle of a war zone. Addison was in the backseat screaming about something. I think for a quick second I looked up into the sky through my sunroof. All I could think of was for Jesus to give me the strength to get through the day. If he could safely get me to my parents house I would be happy. I still use this song as an inspiration in my everyday life. My husband is now gone again and this time to Afghanistan. So with the 2 girls, work, college for myself, Addison's Kindergarten stuff, her soccer practice and games and just life in general... I sometimes have to close my eyes and ask God to wrap his arms around me and hold me tight. Thank you Carrie for such a powerful and inspirational message!!
