This song/ballad could not have come out at a better time for me....Living in Mesa, Arizona for the past 11 months with my wife, and being extreemly homesick for my daughters who have been staying with wifes family back in Michigan, and my HOME State of MICHIGAN. I listen to this song about 20 times a day and after much thought, I am going home on August 31, 2007. Daughtry really hit the high/personal note with this song for me. Thanks Chris for the inspiration to make me realize, "I'M GOING HOME TO THE PLACE WHERE I BELONG"

This song is mine and this guys I'm so in love with but do to certain cercumstances we cannot be together and Chris's song is the only thing we have to share at this time.

i love this song and the band..this song really helps me out and helps me stay strong...i moved away from my home town back in 2001 and havent been back since..so its been like 6 yrs, and then i recently lost my cousin who was very close to me and it has affected my life so differently..i hear this song and i think of my family and my cousin i lost and it helps me get through..so thank you..you guys have made it and you have plenty of love and support from all your fans..
