Michael Jackson has become one of the best singers ever. He's, without a doubt, fulfilled his dream that he had claimed on July 13, 1979 (posted in the 1984 Jet Magazine) where he states:"I'm interested in making a path instead of following a trail, and that's what I want to do in life-in everything I do." He has most definitely done so, in fact, all of today's singers are following that trail that Michael has set for all of them. And c'mon, who else can get away with wearing thick shiny socks, penny loafers, and highwaters? Or a very VERY glittery outfit? We'd only let Michael Jackson get away with that. His strong controlled vocals and smooth dance moves put him out above the rest. He even created two huge dancemoves that people are still TRYING to do today: The moonwalk and Robot. He is an honest sweet hearted man who loves and cares for each of his fans, and regardless of what's been said, he's a brilliant role model and influence to me, and all of the other performers and fans. That trail he has set will never be brushed over, and no one can or will take Michael Jackson's place or title: THE KING of Pop.
